Your heart races, your mouth goes dry and thinking clearly feels impossible the moment someone asks for your opinion.
You're avoiding speaking up in meetings or stay quiet when you actually have something valuable to say.
Opportunities to progress and be more visible at work keep passing you by because anxiety gets there first.
Sunday nights are spent dreading Monday morning instead of actually resting and recharging.
An upcoming meeting or presentation lives rent-free in your head for days, draining your energy before it's even happened.
You know you're good at your job but your confidence in speaking is quietly limiting how far you go.

01
Feel genuinely calm when it's your turn to speak - not just holding it together, but actually at ease
02
Share your thoughts and ideas confidently at work - even when the MD is in the room and all eyes are on you
03
Stop dreading work and start feeling excited about what's possible for your career - because when anxiety isn't running the show, everything opens up
04
Release the past experiences that made speaking up feel unsafe in the first place and step forward into your full potential
05
Trust yourself to find the right words when it matters - no more mind blanks, no more freezing under pressure, just you showing up and absolutely nailing it
06
Feel more relaxed in meetings, networking events, social situations and presentations - anywhere you've previously felt exposed or on the spot
07
Start putting yourself forward for promotions and opportunities you've been quietly avoiding - and finally get the recognition, career progression and pay rise you deserve
From always being slightly vigilant and guarded, even in the calm moments - to feeling genuinely at ease in her daily life
From anxiety spirals that took 3-4 days to settle - to being able to acknowledge an anxious thought and keep herself calm in the moment
From starting to make excuses about travelling and taking on new and challenging work experiences - to feeling open and excited about what's possible
From identifying as someone who suffered from anxiety, seeing it as a part of her - to starting to see herself as a stronger person than she thought she was
"I could feel myself starting to shrink my world. I think if I hadn't tried tapping at this stage, I might have started to make excuses about travelling and taking on new and challenging work experiences."
"I used to describe myself as someone who suffers with anxiety. In my 50s, I thought it was too late to change. I'd tried CBT, counselling, exercise, medication, everything helped me manage most of the time, but the anxiety was always hovering there in the background.
I was always slightly vigilant and guarded if doing something new. When anxiety got triggered by something like driving somewhere new, eating out, a social invitation, saying something I perceived as wrong, embarrassing or being misinterpreted, I'd get a complete freeze response with stomach tensing, runny nose, loss of appetite, and dry mouth. These spirals would take 3-4 days to recover from and I now see that I was then waiting for it to happen again.
I could be travelling somewhere beautiful with family, and not be enjoying it because my anxiety was consuming my internal thoughts. I couldn't even fully be present with the people I love.
When I started working with Hayley, I booked a trip away. As soon as I booked my travel, the anxious feeling arose. I spent days constantly trying to squash my thoughts and worries about eating somewhere new. When I arrived my anxiety was so high I had to tap in the restaurant toilet just to cope, and I spent the whole trip worrying about where we'd eat next.
I think if I hadn't tried tapping at this stage, I might have started to make excuses about travelling and taking on new and challenging work experiences.
Six months later, I returned to the exact same city. This time I didn't have anxious thoughts before going. On arrival we went straight out for brunch. When thoughts arose slightly, I used my finger tapping, looked around the café and reminded myself I was safe. I was able to enjoy my lunch. We ate out at lots of different places, none of which I'd been to before, and what felt so different was that I wasn't worrying in between about where we'd eat our next meal.
It was also amazing that Hayley kept in touch with little voice notes between sessions. I just felt supported in a way I hadn't with previous therapies.
Now I'm feeling excited about booking my next trip. It's wonderful to feel excited rather than nervous and apprehensive. Instead of making excuses about challenging work experiences, I'm open to new opportunities.
I would 100% tell anyone who suffers from anxiety to try tapping with Hayley. From the very first session she helped me feel completely safe and was totally non-judgmental. I thought in my 50s it was too late to change, but now I know it's never too late."
When you were younger, your nervous system learned that certain situations felt unsafe. Maybe you were laughed at for giving a wrong answer at school. Maybe a teacher made you feel small for speaking up. Or maybe it was something more subtle: watching other people get criticised and your body deciding, "Speaking up = danger."
Your nervous system doesn't distinguish between real physical danger and social threat. To your body, standing up in a meeting and potentially being judged feels the same as being chased by a lion. So it does what it's designed to do: it triggers your fight-or-flight response to keep you safe.
The problem? That response - the racing heart, the sweaty palms, the mind going blank - is exactly what makes speaking up feel impossible.

You avoid speaking up (which reinforces the belief that meetings aren't safe)
You feel disappointed in yourself (which creates more anxiety about next time)
You hold yourself back from opportunities (which keeps you stuck and small)
The pattern gets stronger and stronger
You can't think your way out of this because the issue lives beneath your conscious awareness - in your nervous system and the subconscious stories that have been running quietly in the background for years. And that's exactly where we need to work.
We work through three stages to shift your nervous system from dread to ease.
First things first, we settle your nervous system so that speaking up starts to feel safe rather than something to dread. When your body feels calm, you can finally access the confidence that's already in there.
We go deeper into the subconscious stories that have been quietly running the show, so your nervous system can finally get the message that you're safe.
This is where it all clicks into place, and you'll leave with a toolkit that's yours to keep and you'll always have in your back pocket, so you can show up confidently in meetings, presentations, social events, or anywhere you've previously felt exposed.
We'll work together to identify what's keeping your nervous system stuck in old patterns, clear the subconscious stories that tell you speaking up isn't safe, and calm your nervous system so confidence feels natural. You'll practice your new tools in real situations so you can walk into meetings, presentations, and social events feeling genuinely calm.
Direct access to me Monday-Thursday during daytime hours for voice note responses, questions answered, and cheerleading when you need it most (just allow 24-48 hours for me to get back to you). Because breakthrough moments don't only happen in our scheduled calls.
Mini EFT videos created specifically for you, reinforcing what we've worked on in sessions and giving you your own nervous system reset toolkit for whenever you need it.
Hypnotherapy audios that help embed your confident self into your subconscious mind, which you can listen to as often as you like to strengthen these new neural pathways.

Imagine waking up Monday morning and actually looking forward to that team meeting. Not because the meeting has changed, but because YOU have.
Picture yourself in that boardroom, making eye contact when you speak, your voice steady and clear. Someone asks your opinion and instead of your mind going blank, you respond thoughtfully - because you trust yourself.
After the meeting, instead of replaying every word for hours, you simply move on with your day. No more Sunday night dread. No more avoiding opportunities that would stretch you. No more holding yourself back from the career and life you actually want.
Instead you start showing up as the capable, brilliant woman you've always been - putting yourself forward for promotions, getting noticed for your contributions, and finally earning what you're actually worth.
You stop identifying as "someone who suffers with anxiety" and start seeing yourself as someone who has tools, someone who is stronger than you thought.
This is completely within reach for you. I know it because my own life looks unrecognisably different to how it used to, and because I get to witness this same transformation in the brilliant women I work with.
